In short

AI Task is an optional CloudTeams feature. On the Tasks page you click Generate AI task, and CloudTeams reads across your deals, leads, contacts, talent, open roles, projects, invoices, tickets and open tasks. It suggests one specific task tied to a real person, deal or project, with a plain-English reason. Nothing is saved until you click Add to my tasks.

  • Ask: click Generate AI task in the Intelligence box.
  • It looks: it reads your deals, leads, contacts, talent, open roles, projects, invoices, tickets and open tasks, and checks your existing tasks so it never repeats one.
  • You decide: one suggestion appears under Today, with a link to the record it is about.

Questions, answered.

What is AI Task?

An optional feature that suggests one specific, non-obvious task for today, based on your own CloudTeams data.

Does AI Task change my data?

No. It only reads. Nothing is saved until you click Add to my tasks.

What does it send to Anthropic?

An admin connects the company's own Anthropic API key once. When someone clicks the button, CloudTeams sends the records needed for that request to Anthropic's API.

Does it run automatically every day?

No. It runs when you click the button, not on a schedule.

Who can see the suggestion?

Only the person who generated it, until they add it. Once added, it is a normal task.
