What is CloudTeams Staff?

It is the talent database and staffing side of CloudTeams: skills, rates, margin, bench, staffing, talent matrix, recruiting pipeline, open roles, placements and paperwork tracking.

How is margin calculated?

Margin is the bill rate minus the pay rate, divided by the bill rate. CloudTeams works it out for you on every person.

What is the talent matrix?

A view of who has which skill, where your pool is strong or short against open roles, what each skill earns, and what you could pay a new hire to hit your target margin. It uses your own records, not market data.

Does CloudTeams store tax IDs?

No. It tracks whether a W-9 or W-8BEN was received, and never stores tax IDs.

Can I convert a contact into talent?

Yes. A contact can be converted to talent in one step.
