Privacy Policy
This policy covers the CloudTeams website at cloudteams.io. The CloudTeams app at app.cloudteams.io is covered by the terms you agree to when your workspace is set up.
What we collect
- Early-access requests. The work email you enter, the time you sent it, which form you used, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived from (for example
utm_source). - Basic technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes requests to serve the site and keep it secure, including IP address and browser details.
- Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and whether a visit led to an early-access request. It sets cookies (such as
_ga) in your browser.
We do not use advertising cookies or share your information for advertising. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics storage is switched off, so Google Analytics does not set cookies or collect analytics data from your visit.
How we use it
We use your email only to respond to your early-access request, to set up your workspace and to send product updates related to your request. We do not sell your information.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores early-access requests.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) processes the analytics data described above.
- Google Fonts serves the Inter typeface, which means your browser requests it from Google when the page loads.
Retention and your choices
We keep early-access requests for as long as we need them to respond to you. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by replying to any email from us, and we will act on it promptly.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
