In short

CloudTeams connects to Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Anthropic, OpenAI, Resend, Telegram, Cloudflare and Zoom links today. Stripe contractor payouts and the client Pay invoice checkout are built and run in test mode only, so real-money payments are not live. There is no MCP server, public API, QuickBooks, Deel, Gusto or Mailchimp connection yet. Webhooks are inbound only.

Sign in with Google, Microsoft (any Microsoft work account) and GitHub. Live.
Google Gmail and Calendar, through a workspace connection. Flare reads mail read-only, Horizon and Meetings write calendar events, and Home shows today's meetings with Join buttons for Zoom, Meet, Teams and Webex. Live.
Anthropic Claude and OpenAI for the core AI features, with your own API key. Strategic AI Cloud Teammates have their own model choices.
Resend sends invoices with a PDF, invites, notices and booking emails, with a delivery log and bounce suppression. Live.
Telegram: CumuloBot answers questions and sends opt-in alerts. Live.
Cloudflare: hosting, the database, Turnstile spam checks and Workers AI for voice. Live.

Links and files

Not live connections, by design.

These work by link or by file, not by a connection.

Zoom: paste a Zoom link into a meeting type. There is no Zoom API.
Imports: CSV, HubSpot export, Apollo export, LinkedIn export for contacts and talent, PDF profiles from LinkedIn or Upwork, and call transcripts as text files.
Upwork: a profile link field, and a profile-builder step that reads public profile text. There is no Upwork API.
Webhooks are inbound only. There is no outbound webhook setting.

Questions, answered.

Which integrations are live?

Sign-in with Google, Microsoft and GitHub, Google Gmail and Calendar, Anthropic Claude and OpenAI with your own key, Resend for email, Telegram, and Cloudflare.

Can CloudTeams take real payments?

Not yet. Stripe contractor payouts and the client Pay invoice checkout are built and run in test mode only. Real-money payments are not live.

Does CloudTeams have a public API or an MCP server?

No. Neither is built yet.

Does it integrate with QuickBooks, Deel, Gusto or Mailchimp?

No. None of these are built.

Does it have webhooks?

Only inbound ones, for services such as Resend, Stripe and Telegram. There is no outbound webhook setting.

How does Zoom work?

Paste a Zoom link into a meeting type. CloudTeams does not use the Zoom API or create Zoom meetings.

Does it connect to Otter or Upwork?

No live connection to either. You add Otter-style call transcripts as text files, and Upwork is a profile link field and a step that reads public profile text.
